Additionally, the groundbreaking design of the upcoming Global Sports Tower, recently approved by the board and overseen by HRH Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, is set to become the world’s tallest sports tower, adding a dynamic focal point to the project.
Under McGivern’s direction, the SBF earned the King Salman Charter for Architecture and Urbanism Award, honoring the foundation’s integration of traditional Saudi design with modern architectural standards. McGivern also advocates for gender diversity in construction, raising female leadership roles within SBF by 20% and collaborating with educational institutions to expand career opportunities for women in construction. Jerry Inzerillo

Appointed by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Jerry Inzerillo is the first Group CEO of the Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA). Under his leadership, Diriyah, a $63.2 billion (SAR237 billion) gigaproject on the outskirts of Riyadh, is being transformed into a global cultural and entertainment destination.
Diriyah Company has made remarkable strides over the past year, reinforcing its dedication to transforming Diriyah into a premier global cultural and entertainment hub. The company has progressed significantly on its 14km2 gigaproject, laying the groundwork in key areas and inaugurating several significant developments.
In December 2023, Diriyah Company hosted the inaugural Bashayer event, marking groundbreaking ceremonies for seven prestigious hotels, including Aman, Oberoi, Six Senses, The Ritz-Carlton Diriyah, Address Diriyah, Capella Diriyah, and Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah. The event also confirmed the opening of the Bab Samhan, a Luxury Collection Hotel, in 2024. The City of Earth project will eventually feature over 40 hotels.
Construction commenced on Diriyah Square, a massive shopping destination spanning 186,000m2, which will host over 400 lifestyle, retail, and dining options, alongside five low-rise office buildings designed in the traditional Najdi style. The Zallal project in the Bujairi District also began construction, featuring two low-rise office buildings with space for a 500-strong workforce and 12 mixed retail and F&B outlets over approximately 8,000m2.
Diriyah Company is committed to numerous CSR initiatives aimed at improving circular economy and waste management practices, maintaining and enhancing biodiversity, and monitoring their environmental footprint. They have achieved Platinum certification under the USGBC LEED rating system and are enrolled in Saudi Arabia’s sustainability certification program, MOSTADAM, aligning with Vision 2030’s objectives.
The company is dedicated to empowering the people of Diriyah, with nearly 83% of its staff being Saudi, 14% of whom are Diriyah locals, and 36% of the workforce being women, 16% of whom hold management roles. Al-Rawaf Contracting’s “We Know the Way 2026” strategy is based on expanding and developing according to modern standards. The company has partnered with international firms like Al-Fanar Building Systems and China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, reinforcing its global presence. The past year’s projects totalled over $1.89 billion (SAR7 billion), reflecting steady growth in infrastructure, water, and energy solutions.
Through its collaborations with Public Investment Fund companies, public institutions, ministries, and government agencies, Al-Rawaf Contracting has formed strategic alliances with Saudi, regional, and global companies. This approach enhances project speed and accuracy while maintaining the highest quality standards. To support its strategic goals, the company is expanding its operations and expertise by establishing new factories and sister companies, including a recently opened iron and precast concrete facility.
Furthermore, the contractor remains committed to community engagement, sponsoring and participating in social events, training university students, and contributing to volunteer work. Mohammad Saleh Albuty

The company strategically enhanced its capabilities through the acquisition of Kent, a leader in energy sector engineering, and a joint venture with Sicim for pipeline projects with Saudi Aramco. N&P’s unwavering commitment to safety is reflected in their achievement of over 125 million safe manhours and ongoing digital transformation initiatives, demonstrating their dedication to excellence in all areas of operation.
N&P has completed several high-profile projects, including the Red Sea Airport Airside, Samhan Carpark, and the MIP Onshore Water Injection Package 07. Significant advancements have been made on projects such as the SANG Specialised Hospitals and NEOM Staff Accommodation Villages. Notably, the design and construction of The Avenues Riyadh—Phase 1 Mall has reached a construction completion rate of 40.5%, highlighted by an impressive concrete pour of 13,700m³ in just 37 hours. The MASAR KAAR Project in Makkah is also progressing, aimed at reducing congestion and enhancing religious tourism.
The ongoing projects within N&P’s robust portfolio include the King Salman Park project, which involves extensive utilities and landscaping work, and the Riyadh Metro’s Line 3, featuring 22 stations and advanced equipment. Other significant developments include the King Faisal Air Academy and King Salman Airbase, vital to Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure development.
