The company has expanded from construction of buildings to a multi businesses company with activities ranging from investments to hotel management to hospitality furnishing and sizable specialised divisions covering the fields of factories, interior design, construction, contracting as well as animal and plantation farms.
Headquartered in Riyadh, Haif Company employs over 8,000 employees across its offices.
The company has been classified by the Classification Department at Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Municipalities and Rural Affairs as a pioneering contracting and trading company in the fields of buildings, roads and rock-blasting, water and sewerage, electricals, mechanicals, electronics, landscaping and dam construction.
Some of the most renowned projects that Haif Company has worked on include Jeddah Hilton Hotel, Madinah Hilton Hotel, IPA Housing Complex Phase 1, King Faisal University Research Centre, as well as Lulu Mall in Al Khobar.
In January 2022, the company signed a construction contract for the Duba Storage Silos Project with its facilities and services. The project’s capacity is 120,000 MT.
