El Seif Engineering Contracting
Riyadh-based El Seif Engineering Contracting is a member of the El Seif Group, a major Saudi group of companies with diverse business in the Kingdom and the Middle East. Since the Group’s establishment in 1951, the contractor has delivered some of the most renowned projects, which have been transforming the booming skylines of some of the region’s major urban centres.
Led by chairman Khaled Musaed El Seif, El Seif Engineering Contracting has been responsible for several landmark projects including the iconic Kingdom Tower in Riyadh which stands at over 302m height, several towers at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh, as well as other towers and high-rise buildings in Dubai, Doha, and Beirut.
El Seif Engineering Contracting has also completed package (3) of the Princess Noura University which included all infrastructure works, site development, huge utilities, roads, flyovers, tunnels, underground networks and other scopes covering an area of 8km2.
The contractor offers a wide range of services which includes general contracting, projects construction management, design & build services, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), international procurement, logistics, PPP, BOT and BOOT projects as well as operation and maintenance contracts covering extensive list of project types.
